We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked properly, which was important because it was hot outside. The location was convenient, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. We especially enjoyed the delicious food at the kopitiam below and the easy access to public transportation.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The bathroom didn't have a partition in the shower, so it was hard to keep the water from splashing all over the bathroom floor.

Stayed here during New Year's eve with friends. One good thing is that it's close to the city center and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the bed was comfy and the room was compact. the check-in process was hassle-free and quick.
The cleanliness was disappointing. the housekeeping staff need to be better trained.

the location was convenient with easy access to a nearby kopitiam, serving tasty food. I also appreciated the toothbrush provided in the room for my convenience.
I did notice that the sound insulation was poor, and it was sometimes difficult to sleep due to noises from other guests.
